½ cup | Sweet potato (roasted or steamed) ½ Frozen banana 1 tbs ground flaxseeds 1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp cardamom 1 scoop collagen protein powder 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup of ice Directions Combine all ingredients and blend. Add more almond milk or ice depending on consistency. Should be a thick and creamy consistency. Top with whatever you’re in the mood for. This has toasted coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, and Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Peanut Butter Sea Salt Granola.
