1 Head Cauliflower
Olive or Avocado oil
Salt and pepper
Directions Preheat oven to 425˚. Take a head of cauliflower cut it down the middle to make a steak like shape. Take steak shapes as well as extra cauliflower and toss with olive or avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Place in oven for 15 minutes. Take out and put your own toppings on. I like to top with a fried egg and avocado. Save the rest of the cauliflower and combine with paleo "cheeze" sauce or paleo buffalo dip.
